Our Practice

MJHC Legal provides legal services in the areas of superannuation, trusts, wills and estate planning, property transactions as well as commercial and business law. We provide legal services to accountancy firms, financial planners, small business and private clients.

A significant part of our law practice is associated with self managed superannuation funds. MJHC Legal has excellent deed packages for fund establishment as well as amendment of existing fund documentation. The use of sophisticated technology ensures preparation and delivery of these deed packages at very competitive pricing.

MJHC Legal's trust deed documentation is used by other legal practitioners, accountants, financial planners and self managed superannuation fund administrators and managers.

Who we are

Principal

Martin JH Craig commenced practice as a solicitor in 1980. Martin has worked for government, corporations and in private practice both in Australia and overseas. Martin provides business and commercial oriented advice work and legal services.

The Staff

Colleen Arnott is responsible for the production of the firm's SMSF and other deed packages. Colleen is also responsible for documenting duty exempt property transactions.
